Parties Involved Based out of Davie, The Floridian Community Bank filed the lawsuit against Foremost Inc., Lake Nona Outdoors, Quail Roost Tree Farms, Medallion Tree Farms, Check Cashing USA Holdings, Davie Nurseries and Labor Factors.
